Leadership in Litigation and Client Advocacy
Chris approaches every case with the belief that injured individuals deserve a powerful voice in the legal system. His dedication to thorough preparation, strategic analysis, and aggressive representation has earned him a strong reputation in courtrooms throughout Southwest Florida. He is known for his ability to identify the core issues in a case quickly and to develop litigation strategies that place his clients in the strongest possible position.
His experience as a trial lawyer is matched by his leadership within the firm. His guidance ensures that every client receives not only dedicated advocacy but also the collective strength of a coordinated legal team.
Chris maintains a hands-on approach with clients, ensuring they understand their rights, legal options, and the process ahead. His goal is always to achieve meaningful results while supporting clients through the challenges of recovery and legal action.
Community Service and Personal Passions
Chris’s dedication to serving others extends well beyond the courtroom. He is deeply involved in community organizations and donates significant time to mentoring and youth support. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, helping guide programs that shape and support young lives throughout the region.
He also contributes to Leadership Charlotte, the C.A.R.E. Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity, strengthening the community through leadership, volunteer work, and outreach. His commitment to service reflects the same values that define his approach to practicing law—integrity, compassion, and meaningful impact.
Outside of his professional and charitable commitments, Chris is an avid outdoorsman. He is a passionate fly fisherman, free diver, and spear fisherman, and he holds a Merchant Marine Captain’s License. Before practicing law, he worked as a fishing charter captain, an experience that deepened his love of the water and the natural beauty of Southwest Florida.
