Brian M. Beason is a partner at Frohlich, Gordon & Beason, P.A., bringing more than two decades of distinguished legal experience to the firm. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001 and has practiced law in Florida ever since. Brian is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Brian is one of a select group of attorneys in Florida to have earned two Florida Bar Board Certifications: Business Litigation (2011–present) and Civil Trial Law (2020–2025). These certifications—held by only a small percentage of attorneys statewide—recognize his expertise, professionalism, and proven ability in highly technical areas of litigation. His past charitable work includes serving as a Board Member of the American Red Cross of Southwest Florida, Vice President of the Imagine School at North Port, and mentor through Big Brothers and Take Stock in Children. He has also coached youth teams for the North Port Youth Soccer League.
